SIDRA COLLECTIVE, trading as SIDRA STUDIOS (“Sidra”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us or otherwise interact with Sidra.

1. Information We May Collect

If you choose to contact Sidra through WhatsApp, email, telephone or another communication channel, we may receive information such as your name, contact details, company information and anything you voluntarily provide in connection with your enquiry or engagement.

Our website, hosting provider or technical infrastructure may also automatically process limited technical information required to operate, secure and deliver the website, including IP addresses, browser or device information, server logs and essential cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange discussions;
  • understand your requirements;
  • prepare proposals, quotations and engagement documents;
  • provide and administer our services;
  • manage client and business relationships;
  • process payments and maintain business records;
  • operate and protect our website and systems;
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • protect our legal rights, interests and property, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • carry out other purposes reasonably related to the circumstances in which the information was provided.

We will not use personal data for materially unrelated purposes without appropriate notice or consent where required.

3. Disclosure and Service Providers

Sidra does not sell personal data.

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to our personnel, contractors, professional advisers, technology providers, cloud or communication providers, project partners or government authorities where required by law.

Some service providers may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Sidra will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection for the personal data comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data-protection law.

4. Website Data and Cookies

Our website and its infrastructure providers may use technical data and essential cookies or similar technologies where necessary for hosting, security and normal website operation.

Sidra does not currently intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or visitor analytics tools.

If we later introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will review this Privacy Policy and implement any additional notice or consent measures required at that time.

5. Security, Retention and Data Breaches

Sidra takes reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data in our possession or control.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements or applicable legal obligations. When it is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to cease retaining or appropriately dispose of it.

If Sidra becomes aware of a personal data breach, we will assess and respond to it in accordance with applicable Singapore data-protection requirements, including any notification obligations that may apply.

No internet transmission or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Your Requests

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may contact Sidra to:

  • request access to personal data held about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed where required under applicable law;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • withdraw consent where applicable; or
  • raise a question or complaint regarding our handling of personal data.

Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide services where that information is reasonably required.

Sidra may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

We will respond to access or correction requests as soon as reasonably practicable. If additional time is required, we will inform you accordingly.
